The fund’s long-term strategy of holding assets for the 10-year minimum in the Opportunity Zone excludes federal capital gains tax upon an asset’s sale. The revenue model of “build to rent” as well as owning and operating the retail components of its mixed-use properties, builds the foundation of our long-term strategy.
